The SEZ "Rostoskaya" features ready-to-use modern production facilities ranging from 1,500 m² to 7,500 m², which helps accelerate the implementation of manufacturing projects and reduce costs for residents.

Class A production facilities with an area of 1,500 m²

Within SEZ "Rostovskaya," more than 10 new production facilities have been commissioned and are actively used by residents. Construction of an additional 10 buildings is currently underway, supporting the expansion of production capacity and infrastructure development.

Unique construction solutions

There are both permanent and modular solutions for combining two or more production buildings to increase floor space. Additionally, separate technical and office facilities are constructed alongside the buildings to optimize usable production area.
