Infrastructure

Power supply with a capacity of 53 MW is provided from the main 110/6 kV GTP-2 substation and 6/0.4 kV transformer substations (30 units).

Gas supply with a volume of 115,000 m³/h is delivered through high-pressure pipelines with diameters of 250 mm, 325 mm, and 400 mm, spanning a total length of 12.8 km at a pressure of 1.2 MPa.

The water supply is provided by the park's water system with a capacity of 1,000 m³/h, which delivers both potable and industrial water not only to the SEZ territory but also to other districts and enterprises in Novocherkassk.

The wastewater treatment plant is located in the Sukhaya Kadamovka ravine area on lands of the Oktyabrsky District, with a workshop area of 25.45 hectares and biological ponds spanning 55.3 hectares. It provides available capacity of 1,000 m³/h.

A railway line extends into the SEZ territory, providing convenient and efficient logistics solutions for cargo transportation.

The entire SEZ territory features road access to all areas. Active construction and modernization of roads are currently underway.

There are 3 checkpoints operating within the SEZ to ensure access control.

Truck scales are located at the freight checkpoint, available for use by residents.

A multifunctional office center with a spacious conference hall is located within the SEZ territory.

Free parking with 24/7 security and video surveillance ensures safety and convenience for SEZ employees and visitors.
